By making a purchase via the Truebell Beverages – Diplomatic Supplies (hereafter known as TBD) website you agree to accept the terms and conditions of this website including any amendments thereof. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not be allowed to make a purchase via the TBD website.

ORDERING AND REGISTRATION

ORDERING VIA TBD’s WEBSITE

When placing an order with TBD via the website you confirm that all the details you have provided in completing the order and offer to purchase are true and correct. Every customer visiting our website needs to verify her his/her age first before placing an order. Only persons 21 years of age or more can place orders through our website. If you do not confirm that you are 21 years or above, then your order will not be processed. To be eligible to order duty free products from the TBD website, you must hold “Diplomatic Status” to do so.

REGISTERING AT THE TBD WEBSITE

You may register your details on the TBD website to use the services and view pricing. Once your details have been entered, a customer service representative will verify your eligibility to order from our site and provide you with your own secure password. This will allow you to log into your account, place orders and view pricing. You must not use false or misleading information when registering or using our services and you must update your details if they have changed since your last use of our services. You confirm that all details you have provided in completing the order and offer to purchase are true and correct. You are responsible for the security of your username and password. We will assume that anyone using your username and password is authorised by you.

We may send notifications to you by email, including:

Order confirmation for purchases.
The status of any deliveries.
Invoices.

We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage you suffer if you do not receive such notifications for any reason. We will use your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

CHANGES TO ITEMS LISTED

We may withdraw and/or re-offer any item listed for sale on the TBD website if the item:

Becomes unavailable.
Is withdrawn by the manufacturer or supplier.
Was incorrectly described or listed.
At our own discretion.

PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY

Whilst all information on the TBD website is kept current and up-to-date, we cannot control the inventory holdings of our numerous suppliers. There may be remote instances where a product you order is for some reason, unavailable for supply. Should this ever occur, we will advise you accordingly, when we contact you to confirm your order. We will explain the reason for the unavailability, and recommend comparable alternatives for your consideration. Whilst the chances of this occurring are remote, the TBD team will do all we can to satisfy your requirements.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

TBD will do its best to ensure that all goods ordered by you are supplied to you. If the goods ordered by you are not readily available, we will suggest an alternative if a comparable product is available.

PACKAGING AND LABELLING OF GOODS

TBD aims to deliver the best range of goods to you at the best price. TBD aims to keep the product catalogue up to date with the most appropriate images at all times, however, at times details on product labels may vary. All goods are labelled to UAE statutory standards.

Prices shown are subject to product availability at time of order and may change without notice due to any change in price by supplier.

ORDER HOLDING

TBD will hold your order for no longer than 30 days post confirmation of order. Thereafter your order will be canceled and you will need to place a new order and be subject to stock availability.

PRICE ERRORS

If a product inadvertently appears on the TBD website at the wrong price, TBD may decline purchase of that specific product and remove it from your order, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged or deposit made. If your credit card was charged or a direct deposit was made for the purchase of that product at the incorrect price, TBD will notify you and issue a refund to your account or credit card for the amount of the cancelled product.
