HOW IT WORKS

Only personnel associated with organisations holding “Diplomatic Status” are eligible to purchase from this site.

Step 1

Register your account details and password.

Step 2

Once we’ve reviewed your registration and confirmed that you are eligible to purchase from our diplomatic site we will send a confirmation email advising that you may proceed with ordering. This will take no longer than 48 hrs.

Step 3

Login with your login details and password.

Step 4

View the Products tab, select your preferred products which will be added to your “basket”.

Step 5

View your basket at anytime to review your selections and confirm your purchase or continue shopping.

Step 6

Once you’ve submitted your order we will review it and email you with a confirmation of stock availability or suggest alternatives.

Step 7

Once these have been confirmed by yourself the freight charges will be calculated and a final proforma invoice will be sent to you. Please reply back via email to confirm everything is ok.

Step 8

Application for “Exemption Permits” and “Customs Clearance” need to be completed by your mission or freight agent. Please inform us via email once these have been completed.

Step 9

Once we have received confirmation that you have completed the Exemption Permits, we will update you on the earliest delivery times lines and shipping details.

Step 10

Once delivery has been completed, payment to be made via direct bank transfer or credit card on receipt of final invoice.
